Washington First Baptist Church
Teresa Bishop is the Lead Ministry Assistant and has a BA degree in voice from Mobile College. She also possesses degrees in Data Processing and Accounting. Teresa has served in sever al churches in Alabama as a Minister of Music and Youth for ten years. She has also served as Educational Secretary in other churches in Alabama and Georgia. She is a member of The Adult Bible Searchers Co-Ed Sunday School Class. Teresa is also the director of the Preschool Choir at First Baptist Church of Washington which serves children ages 3, 4 and 5 years of age.
Louise McClearen is part time Ministry Assistant. She retired from Fort Gordon, Georgia after 30 years of civilian service. She grew up in Taliaferro County, Georgia and was a member of Sandy Cross Baptist Church until she moved her letter a few years ago to First Baptist Church of Washington. She is a member of the Primetime/Mary Burton Sunday School Class, Frances Wheelis Women On Mission, and the Memory Lane Cruisers.
Tammy Echols is part-time Ministry Assistant. She has a degree in Secretarial Science. She has been on staff at First Baptist Church of Washington for six years. Tammy is responsible for the printing of church bulletins, collecting information for the weekly newsletter The Fellowship, sending out acknowledgement cards for memorials and honorariums, and other needed tasks. She is a member of The Nancy Long Co-Ed Sunday School Class.
